
shimora: the comingling of family names, shimo and moraghan.
The philosophy of shimora is to produce the best grapes from the best site possible, and realise the potential of this fruit. Our husband and wife team, Phillip, with his over 30 years of experience in the wine industry, and Rika with her keen interest in wine, are travelling this path together to showcase their unique Little Hampton terroir high up in the Macedon Ranges.
The shimora label was created by a family friend, Japanese Tsutsugaki artist Shumei Kobayashi, and elegantly describes the cleanliness and pureness of our wines.
